How I Quit Burnout issue #11 (Get it in your inbox next Tuesday)

My story

When I fried at work in 2016, I turned to a complex web of life hacks to try and pull me out of burnout. I was eating a hard-to-maintain diet, working out a lot, and optimizing every minute of my day. Finally, I was back on track. I was thriving. I had hustled my way out of burnout. That is until I crashed several weeks later.

For the next few months, I fell into a cycle where I mustered up the energy to thrive. I stayed there for a few weeks and then I crashed for a few weeks. Back and forth. Thrive and dive. Nothing was consistent and it pushed me into an even deeper burnout.
