My story

Early in my career, I came to the conclusion that my success was judged based on how much I could take on, how much I could tinker, and how many new things I could wrap my arms around. If I just proved that I was all over everything, then they’d know how valuable I was.

However, I had two big problems coming. First, I became the master of none and had trouble executing projects since I was always starting something else new. Second, burnout. Deep and complete burnout from raising my hand for it all.
