My story
When I was working crazy hours, I was doing so because I thought that was the tested and proven path to success. I thought that to have maximum impact the journey there had to be really long & difficult.
After all, we hear about projects that take blood, sweat, and tears. We hear about business success stories where the person grinds with no validation or movement until it just clicked. Determination is important and will get you far. But defining determination as the pursuit of the most difficult path is senseless.
