Back-to-back-to-back-to-back meetings. We’ve all been there. Likely more days than not. When are you actually supposed to get work done?
I was there and it led me straight to burnout. Responding to the one email and one slack message in the evenings won’t hurt, I’d tell myself. It’s just one, which turns into three, and the rest of the night.
