My story

When I started my career out of college I started chasing what we’re all told to chase – climbing the corporate ladder. In just a few years I went from intern to manager. I was consumed by accumulating responsibility, territory, and starting to manage people. And I felt alive. But by the time I hit being a manager, everything plateaued – my progress up the ladder, my energy, and my burnout was well underway.
